Wandering Will Trilogy By Johnpaul Morrow This book is the first in a series that follows the adventures of a wanderer named Will Osten, and his stalwart friends. The second book is Lost in the Forest, Wandering Will's Adventures in South America, and the third is Over the Rocky Mountains, Wandering Will in the Land of the Redskins. They are all typical Ballantyne adventure stories, and for that reason I highly recommend them.

I thought it was rather enjoyable and plan on reading more of his works. The story is an adventure story that people with such spirits will most likely enjoy. Also, it is a rather clean book. At times it gets quite exciting. It was an enjoyable, clean, and fun read.

Long-winded and goes nowhere.Eventually the hero's ship is sunk and they are stuck on a desert island with, would you believe, cannibals.A missionary just happens along, sets up a mission and the hero gets on a ship which just happens to turn up, and sails off. To where he sails is not mentioned. The book just ends.Don't bother.
