By BlueBird I always wanted to be a person who inspires others and achieve the goals and visions. One of my good friends gifted me this book and when I started reading this book I realize that this book is one that can make my dream come true. This amazing book provides a step by step guide on how to go from defining and achieving your vision and goals to become a person who inspires others to do the same. I followed every step and each guideline of this book to achieve my goals and truly this book brought a magic in my life and now I become a leader in business, management and life. All the credit goes to the writer Julie Martin who wrote such a fantastic book on leadership. After so many achievements I still read this book and still follow the leadership qualities. It is a fantastic book with 9 steps of leadership program that can make you efficient leader in business.

This is a good book filled with lots of useful information By John Hayes When I read a book like this I quickly look for the author's authority,which I am pleased to see is established at the beginning as Julie is a psychiatrist as well as a coach.The first step is to get to know yourself,which is harder than you think as your own perceptions of yourself may be different to those of other people.The next step is to establish visions and goals,which need to be SMART.Following on are steps on forming valuable relationships as well as finding a mentor.As you will see from this book it is never too late as Colonel Sanders,the founder of KFC, didn't make his first million until he was 65.Finally,if you ever feel like giving up,read about Thomas Edison in this book

It starts by making a personal SWOT analysis, which I found fascinating because I only heard about doing SWOT for business opportunities. This book helps you to find your life values and goals , and it helps you to find your mentor and surround yourself with succesful people. I found the "social intelligence" part very helpful, because I often find myself in struggle when it comes to socializing. Absolutely recommended!
