This book will be one that is useful for all sorts of service industry establishments. Not just food and beverage. It's methods can be applied in various environments. I'll keep it on hand for reference. The companion website gives good worksheets for formulas and can also give you many business templates for almost anything you may need in the service industry. If you are getting started or need a refresher on the basics of running a business I would actually recommend this book.
