Young's Demonstrative Translation of Scientific Secrets, history of Technology By MLE An enjoyable reading on older science and technology techniques and processes. Some of the chemical terms are so outdated that it takes time to research them and determine what they are. This book came to my attention while researching Diderot's Cyclopedia. If you enjoy the history of science and technology, this is a worthwhile purchase. This is better defined as a book describing history of technology more so than a history of science.

It tells what to feed your horse to make him look ill to how to transfer an image on to glass. Very informative to see how the early generation developed techniques.
