In a clear, but succinct overview, Karia covers the foundational areas of life where we can create the biggest impact through the smallest of actions. Most of us already intellectually know what changes we "should" be making. But after an initial burst of enthusiasm, we reach too far, then end up failing.Tiny Keystone Habits will not only make you think those positive changes are possible, it will make you believe they are highly likely through incremental modifications to our daily habits that effortlessly build upon themselves. So the path to happiness and better health can be easier and more fun that we think! I'm happy to have read this short reference guide and know I will refer to it again in my quest to overhaul different areas of my life.

By Gilles Côté It's my belief that your brain is more likely to accept small consistent changes or as Akash calls them "tiny habits" because they are believable and don't create resistance like a big drastic change which is often much harder to start and maintain. Implement the advice in this book and you will positively impact your future. This book will take you from "knowing" to "doing" what really matters. Shines a light on the importance of keystone habits that could easily be dismissed without the help of this book.Several excellent tips that I intend on implementing in my own life and also several really cool resources I had never heard of.
