When business owners listen to their audience, the answers to the rest of the questions: what to sell, who to sell it to, when to sell it and for how much, are answered naturally. This book is not only a valuable resource for entrepreneurs who are wanting to build an online business it is also an easy book to read and digest. Danny has a wonderful way of writing like he is speaking to the reader and I find books written like this are much easier to comprehend, easier to take the ideas and convert them into action. I loved this book and think every business should have this as a training manual for those employees hired to expand the business. Give the customer what they want and need.
