Sarah Bauling definitely knows her stuff, but presents her information in a way that’s laid back and down-to-earth. I appreciated the author’s obvious knowledge on the subject, and know that I can utilize this info in the future. Who doesn’t want a better business with happy customers? Highly recommended.

Sarah provides insights into her own lessons learnt in her own business - she provides easy ways to better your customer service...most of which makes sense, but is so often forgotten in the busy day to day running of a business. Each chapter is short and really makes for quick, easy and enjoyable reading...I cannot wait to see what Sarah brings out next - she has at least one Loyal, Raving Fan...ME!
